Hi, I’m an Instructional Designer who’s passionate about creating learning that actually works. I love designing training programs that help people grow in their roles and make things smoother for teams and businesses. From onboarding to microlearning, I focus on building engaging, practical experiences that stick.
I work closely with managers and teams to understand what is needed, where the gaps are, and how to close them with thoughtful, strategic solutions. My background in visual art and training helps me to blend creativity with clear goals—so the end result is always something meaningful and effective.
My technical toolkit includes Articulate Storyline and Rise 360, where I build immersive eLearning with branching scenarios, tabbed interactions, marker blocks, and accessible design. I also use Canva to create visually polished job aids and learning materials that support retention and engagement. For smooth collaboration with teams and stakeholders, I use Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Zoom.
Driven by a love of learning and a curiosity for new tools and trends, I am always looking for ways to make training more effective, enjoyable, and aligned with real-world goals.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling with my family, going to live music events (pretty much any genre!), and diving into art whenever I can. I also make time to volunteer with two organizations close to my heart: PBS Austin and live tapings for Austin City Limits. These experiences keep me connected to the local creative community and fuel my inspiration every day.
Applied Instructional Design Academy Credentials (AIDA) is the program in which I refined and applied my skills as an instructional designer.
