Highlights: This course is structured into manageable subtopics that align with Adult-Learning Principles. There are scenarios with avatars; click to reveal, accordion, button interactions, hover and visited states, layers, entrance and exit animations, text-to-speech audio narration and dialogue, knowledge checks, and scenario-based final assessment questions.

Process: Following the ADDIE model, I analyzed the business problem and developed three targeted learning objectives. I created a Design Document, refined it based on feedback, and then built the Storyboard. The final course was developed in Storyline, with ongoing feedback and revisions at each phase to ensure it was effective, relevant and aligned with the learners' needs.
Audience: Retail store associates and managers. Primary learners range in age and gender. Learners range from beginners with very little experience to those with a higher range of POS skills but need a refresher course on current POS methods.
Business Problem: Ineffective POS display execution is limiting customer engagement and purchases. This is preventing the brand from achieving its sales growth and visibility targets.
Solution: Enhance brand visibility and drive a 20% increase in purchases by strategically designing and placing POS displays in retail locations.
Evaluation:
Level 2: Embedded knowledge checks and a 5-question scenario-based quiz.
Level 3: Post-course evaluations:
-Observe learners 1 week after the course completion to assess if learners are applying new knowledge.
-Interview manager to see if knowledge is being used in a retail setting successfully.

Process: Using both the ADDIE and SAM models, I analyzed the business problem and target audience to develop clear, actionable learning objectives. In collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs), I designed the content flow and organized materials to ensure each training component directly aligned with the objectives. After incorporating ongoing feedback from SMEs and stakeholders, I transitioned to development, refining the module through multiple iterative cycles.
Audience: The Market employees: new hires which are beginners with no prior experience and employees with varying levels of experience but unfamiliar with the unique demands of holiday season operations.
Business Problem: Employees need proper training to navigate the complexity of the Holiday Meal Online platform, which includes understanding the vast array of information and processes specific to the holiday season.
Solution: Employees will be able to assist customers with their Holiday Meal Online orders and be able to reference training to help when further questions arise.
Evaluation:
Level 2: The final assessment features scenario-based questions aligned with Kirkpatrick’s Level 2, measuring learners’ knowledge and skill acquisition.
Level 3: Employee Feedback.
